Product design
Flows, screens, states and a design system you can actually build against — not a pretty deck.
The same people who design your product write the code that ships it. No handoff, nothing lost in translation.
Trile is a wallet-funded subscription platform for a market with no card-on-file rail — six applications on one API, ~2,200 TypeScript files, money stored as integer paisa. Paradiso is a lakeside venue in Pokhara running in production on a booking engine Kinetico designed and built end to end. Four studio pieces sit alongside them — Himnadi, Vesper, Longwave and Loam — where we work out an interaction model or an art direction in public, before a client pays for it.
You get design and engineering from the same team, so nothing is lost in translation between two vendors. Kinetico takes founders from an idea or an approved design to a product in production — interface, frontend, backend, and the deploy.

TypeScript end to end. React, NestJS, Postgres. The same people who designed it write it.
Deployed, monitored, and handed over with the code and the docs. You own all of it.
Name, mark, type and voice — when the product needs one. See Loam.
Kinetico stays small so the people you meet are the people who do the work. No account layer, no junior handoff, no team you never see. Based in Pokhara, building for founders wherever they are.
It means we take fewer projects than we could. It also means the person who argued about a loading state in week two is the person who writes it in week six.
Meet the team →Most of our work is a $15,000-$50,000 engagement: a founder with funding who needs a real product in production, not a prototype. We scope after one call and give you a fixed number before you commit. We don't take $250k enterprise programs — that isn't what a team this size should be selling you.
Product design and engineering from the same team: interface design, design systems, frontend and backend engineering, deployment, and brand identity when the product needs one. You keep the code and the accounts — everything ships in your GitHub org, on your infrastructure.
Fair question, and the honest answer is that a small team is a real trade-off. What we do about it: you own the repo from day one, we work in your GitHub org, everything is documented as we go, and the stack is deliberately boring — TypeScript, React, NestJS, Postgres — so any competent developer can pick it up. Nothing we build depends on us continuing to exist.
Motion design is functional communication, not just aesthetics. Well-crafted transitions — like our 700ms rule — help users understand interface changes, reduce cognitive load, and create a sense of quality. We design motion that serves a purpose: guiding attention, confirming actions, and making digital products feel responsive and polished.
6-12 weeks from kickoff to a product your users can sign into. You see working software weekly, not status decks.
